Service & warranty
A solar system with storage has to run for years. That is why for Lumentree products sold in Romania we provide local support and service through the Battrix Energy workshop in Satu Mare.
What support includes
- Help with installation and commissioning (by phone, online or on site, depending on the area)
- Configuring grid parameters and battery BMS communication
- Firmware updates and remote diagnostics through the LightEarth app
- Workshop diagnostics and repairs with original spare parts
Warranty
Products are covered by the manufacturer's warranty. Lumentree LiFePO4 batteries come with a 5-year warranty, optionally extendable to 10 years. You receive the exact warranty terms for each product together with your quote.
How to request service
- Contact us by phone or through the form with the model and serial number.
- We run a first remote diagnosis where possible.
- If needed, the unit comes to our workshop and you get a clear repair timeline.
